Our monthly bootcamps create unity with each other, 1:1 training allows you to follow a program specific for you, from motivation from your trainer in and out of the gym. Learning how to eat, how to destress, and how to mange health in your daily life. Training goes beyond the 60 min sessions. Encorporating meditation through our guided sessions or Reiki energy healing will create a calm and loving internal space for you to be.
